Inspection Charges

Warranty

  • Warranty is applicable only on services or spare parts specifically covered in the invoice.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, electrical fluctuations, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Warranty claims must be supported by the original invoice.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers shall:

  • Provide safe access to the appliance.
  • Ensure electricity, water, and other required utilities are available.
  • Disclose known appliance issues before service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments before technician dispatch.

Cancellation charges may apply after technician assignment or arrival.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cash

Limitation of Liability

RV Solutions shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, designs, text, images, and trademarks are the property of RV Solutions unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
